The 2010 Viking Spirit Camp has now come to an end, we had one new instructor and one familiar face returned.
We had a lot of people that participated in the seminars and everyone was very happy with the setup of instructors, organization and everything around it.
We have now done Viking Spirit Camp 11 times and we can see that we improve the happening every year. We always have top instructors and participants from almost every corner in the world, this year was no exception. For instance we had people from Greece, Germany, Spain and even all the way from Venezuela.
We all had a blast and we are already starting to plan and figure out new ideas to improve and get even bigger until next time.
We all like to hear your view of this year’s setup of Instructor, Food and everything else you can think of that could help us be the biggest non martial art specific, non political camp in Europe. Feel free to send an email to “info@vikingcamp.eu” .
We are proud to be a part of this event and it is all thanks to you that was here this can be a reality.
The instructors 2010 was:
- Mr. Marty Zaninovich, (Jun Fa / JKD, Kenpo), was a great surprise to all people that participated with his ideas of blending Jun Fa / JKD and Kenpo and his positive way of teaching.
- Mrs. Dian Tanaka Whitson, (Eskrima Doce Pares, Kenpo), came back after four years away and held really informative classes for women’s only.
- Mr. Paul Irish, (JKD), was here for the third time and as usual everyone enjoyed his classes with grappling and JKD .
- Mr. Richard “Huk” Planas, (Kenpo), has been around for many years and people that train Kenpo just love to participate in his seminars because of all the knowledge and the information you get from him.
- Mr. Ingmar Johansson, (Kenpo), has many student around the world did seminars teaching you how to think and understand the system.
- Mr. Emanuel Hart, (Eskrima Inayan System III), teaching sticks, knife and hand drills and was as usual a welcome instructor for everyone.
Thanks to all brothers and sisters out there and we hope to see you next time.
Daniel Wiberg and Ingmar Johansson, Kenpo Sweden.
